UAE Visa Requirement for Pakistani Passport Holders & Citizens

Visa Required

The UAE is a highly favored travel destination for Pakistanis, located just a few hours away and recognized as one of the best spots for holidays and vacations. With over a million Pakistani expats residing and working in the UAE, if you wish to visit the UAE as a tourist or to see family and friends, you will need to apply for an online visa through the UAE eVisa Portal.

You can easily apply for the eVisa online, and it will be delivered to your email within a few days. You can arrive at any airport in the UAE with the eVisa, using any airline of your choice.

If you are planning to visit the UAE on a tourist or business visa in 2024 and seek information regarding the UAE visa requirements, application process, visa fees, document requirements, and processing time, you are in the right place. The entire procedure is outlined below.

UAE Visa Fee Structure

There are two categories of fees charged by the UAE for every visa:

  1. Service Fee
    • The eVisa service fee is structured as follows:
      • $79 for one person
      • $77 for two persons
      • $75 for 3-5 persons
      • $72 for 6-9 persons
      • $65 for ten or more persons with normal service duration
    • Additional charges apply for expedited services:
      • $79 per person for urgent service
      • $99 per person for super urgent service

You can expect to receive your eVisa within three business days with the normal fee, within 48 hours for urgent service, and within 24 hours for super urgent service for a single-entry eVisa. For multi-entry eVisas, the processing times are four business days for normal service, three business days for urgent service, and two business days for super urgent service.

  2. Government and Admin Fee
    • In addition to the service fee, the UAE Immigration Department imposes certain government and administrative fees for processing your visa. Any changes made after paying the fees will require you to submit a new application.
    • The government and admin fees for a single-entry tourist visa are:
      • $150 for 30 days
      • $200 for 60 days
      • $450 for 90 days
    • For multiple-entry tourist visas, the fees are:
      • $250 for 30 days
      • $280 for 60 days
    • The single-entry transit fee for Dubai is $95 for 48 hours and $120 for 96 hours.
    • Pakistani nationals are subject to additional fees for eVisa access to the UAE: $190 for 30 days and $320 for 60 days.
